Wind mills are amazing as they can be designed to maintian spin in even the slightest breeze. Usually these are built in a series and of course, where you get the strongest breeze. There are many designs, some better than others. Consider space and building scale when designing a windmill, too small and its worthless, too big and you'll have uncle Sam breathing down your back about a building permit.
