Streams / Water Flow

    A stream is an excellent resource to have on your land. If your well dries up, you still have a water source without having to buy it. I recommend a backup system that can carry stream water through a filter and into your existing water system when needed.

    If you are using the stream water to water your greenhouse, it is recommended that you build a small reservoir so that you can filter the water or treat it with nutrients if necessary. 

    Also, there are many other oppurtunities that a stream can offer. A fish/clam pond, a hydroelectric power source.
