The basic power system includes Batteries and other components that control the charging rate and give indication of the available power. Also a solar panel array. There are several different types on the market today that use solar panels and have a limited capacity. I would suggest reading into this and learning how to configure a system to your needs and available energy sources. Perhaps combine two or three systems and convert them to receive charging power from multiple sources.
