Fixing WinTV audio recording problem
No sound when recording video with WinTV PCI

| (Follow Step 1 below, then plug the Line-Out from the WinTV card into the Mic-In of your sound card) |

Step 1: Set audio source to Mic in WinTV audio settings - Click here for Instructions
(Remember to switch/un-mute your mic when recording)
(I believe the problem is that in many cases, when recording, the Line-In port will not relay to the WinTV application from the sound card, however the Mic-In will)
Step 2: Choose your solution
SOLUTION 1
Configuration WITH (Cable Ready) VCR / Media Equipment
(Cable wire hooked to VCR then out to WinTV card)
SOLUTION 2
Configuration with or WITHOUT (Cable Ready) VCR / Media Equipment
(Cable wire hooked to VCR then out to WinTV card)
(Cable wire hooked directly to WinTV card)
(You may end up having to make this cable yourself)
Configuration allowing actual microphone usage
